ProPhrase accepts various payment methods to accommodate our clients' needs, including e-transfer, cheque, ACH (Automated Clearing House), or direct bank transfer.
Our services are billed on an annual basis. The specific terms and minimum requirements for your subscription will be detailed by your account representative during the negotiation process. All payments are due in advance, covering a year of service from the date of purchase.
ProPhrase offers a 30-day free trial for all new clients to explore the capabilities and benefits of the Atlas app without any financial commitment. After the trial period, clients may choose to purchase a yearly subscription.
Given the availability of a trial period, refunds are generally not provided once a subscription purchase is made. However, if there are service interruptions lasting more than one hour, pro-rated refunds may be issued. Please note that, while we strive for continuous uptime, occasional downtime or scheduled maintenance from our service providers may occur.
Due to the nature of the yearly commitment following the 30-day trial, cancellations are not permitted after the subscription begins. We encourage clients to utilize the free trial to fully assess the suitability of our services.
Subscriptions are automatically renewed to ensure uninterrupted service. Payment for renewal is due within 15 days from the date of invoice. If payment is not received within this timeframe, the account will be paused until payment is resolved.
Our pricing is structured to provide stability and transparency. If you subscribe to a specific service tier, such as a 10-seat plan, the price for that tier will remain unchanged for the duration of your subscription. Pricing changes may occur when changing to a different service tier, at which point the new tier's pricing will apply.
